Introduction:

The UvA brought together industry leaders, policy makers, lawyers, and academics who are impactful advocates of corporate governance reforms in Europe. Eight prominent speakers and 28 selected guests discussed their views and experiences about board work, purpose, and sustainability. The event was organised by Pushpika Vishwanathan (ABS), Jan-Willem Stoelhorst (ABS), and Jeroen Veldman (Nyenrode), and is sponsored by ASF.
